How we process a client for long-term projects
At Trivosoft, we work with clients on long-term software projects—from custom apps and AI solutions to integrations and support. This documentation outlines how we onboard, plan, and deliver so you know what to expect when you partner with us.
We start by understanding your goals, users, and constraints. Through calls, workshops, and questionnaires we capture requirements, success metrics, and priorities. We then produce a scope document and proposal (timeline, milestones, and pricing) so both sides are aligned before any development begins.
Once the scope is agreed, we formalize the engagement with a contract (including IP, confidentiality, and support terms). We set up access (repos, tools, environments), introduce your dedicated team, and agree on communication channels (Slack, email, meetings) and cadence (standups, demos, reviews).
We break the project into phases and sprints, define architecture and tech stack, and document decisions. You’re included in key design reviews so the solution fits your operations and future roadmap. We use agile methods so we can adapt as needs evolve.
Development runs in iterative cycles. We demo regularly, collect feedback, and adjust. Code is versioned, reviewed, and tested. We deploy to staging for your approval before production releases. For long-term engagements, we often handle DevOps, monitoring, and incremental improvements.
When we hand over, we provide documentation, runbooks, and training so your team can operate and extend the system. We offer ongoing support and maintenance packages (bug fixes, updates, enhancements) so your investment stays secure and up to date.
